This workshop explored an alternate option to the use of annotation in the ArcGIS Parcel Fabric. The continued use of annotation is problematic when transitioning to web services and this workshop will present an option to allow you to position dimension information on your web maps using a labelled point feature class and attribute rules to create dimensions for newly created parcels.
